    Precision rolled steel pipe, also known as cold-rolled precision steel pipe, is a specific production process for seamless steel pipes.

High precision: The tolerance dimension accuracy of the precision rolled tube is high, and the product accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.05mm. The inner and outer walls have good smoothness and no oxide layer on the surface.
Excellent mechanical performance: The precision rolled tube can withstand high pressure and does not crack or wrinkle during deformation processes such as cold bending, expansion, and flattening. It can undergo various complex deformations and mechanical processing treatments.

Production process

The production process of precision rolled pipes mainly includes the following steps:
Tube billet preparation: High quality tube billets are used as raw materials to ensure the quality of subsequent processing.
Acid washing: Using a certain concentration of sulfuric acid to acid wash the pipe blank, removing the surface oxide scale and impurities.
Cold rolling: Through multiple cold rolling processes, the billet gradually deforms to achieve the predetermined size and shape. During the cold rolling process, a conical outer die and a cylindrical inner die are used for the first few cold drawing passes, and an arc-shaped outer die and a conical inner die are used for the first pass of the finished product. All inner dies are "metal infiltration inner dies".
Heat treatment: Intermediate heat treatment is carried out on the semi-finished product using a complete annealing process, with an annealing temperature of 850-880 ℃ and a time of 15 minutes; The heat treatment of the finished product adopts recrystallization annealing to remove residual stress. The annealing temperature is 630-670 ℃ and the time is 10 minutes.
Other processes include straightening, cutting heads and tails, inspection, etc., to ensure the quality and performance of the product.
